Refund policy

Travelonatory is really very careful about User Experience, though there can be shortcomings always, but we try to minimize them, and Incase we have a bad instance, the refund comes to rescue.

Travelonatory like any other reliable store offers refunds and replacements for products.

Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Travelonatory is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible of capturing the right information from your customers. 

Though if you contact us quickly after placing an order, we can sometimes change the details. To do so you can Contact us at we@ Travelonatory.com

In case you recieve a product that is damaged and had Quality issues, then sure, we can rescue you out.

However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. Incase you were sent an item different from what you ordered or you were sent an item with surely low quality replacement of products is possible

In order to do that, use your email id which you used to send buy the product, and send us an email with Subject “Quality Issues: Replacement Request” in the content of email describe your exact issue, and mention recepient’s Name, Order Number (if available), and attach all the necessary photos of the sent product. After that we shall examine your request, we may even ask you follow up questions if required, but once proved you shall be sent over a replacement at the same address.

We do not take the old product back, because it’s illogical to bring a bad quality product back at warehouse. And we won’t be greedy to try to ship the bad product to another customer obviously.

In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.
